Our Journey…

DigitalTTRPG was founded in 2020 with the goal to create high quality digital content for table top role playing games. Created by JD Lawson who has over thirty years experience creating custom fantasy worlds, an avid gamer and fantasy author, making the worlds we create available to the public was the next logical step. We hope you enjoy our maps, may your adventures be grand, and remember, It’s your world….

It was 1990 in a little small town in southern West Virginia that a twelve year old boy first stepped into the local comic book shop and saw a bright red box with a dragon on the front of it. That event would forever change his life. A few months later that same boy bought his own copy of the Rules Cyclopedia, in the back of which was a handful of maps.

I took those maps and created my own home brew world based on those images and my Tabletop group still plays in that world nearly thirty years later.

It is my goal to give aspiring GMs a chance to create their own unique worlds on the maps that I have created. It’s your world, we just laid the groundwork…
